a being crafted by the heavens above, formed entirely from stardust and faith, emory (emi) walks the earth as an angel in disguise. their main purpose upon coming to earth was to keep watch over the humans, ensure that the universe's plans continue accordingly, and eradicate demons and malevolent spirits that threatened the peace that they and other angels worked so hard to preserve.emi's breed of angel has the ability to adapt to environments and is incredibly observant, as they are meant to serve as intelligence agents as well as protectors. these qualities also make them caring and sensitive friends, stepping into a nurturing role and valuing meaningful conversation and constructive conflict.centuries have passed since they'd first arrived, and while their original duties had waned as humans developed and were granted more autonomy, they've also come to enjoy the life they've built in this world where their kind is nothing but a myth. a majority of the angels that were sent to earth have retired to their own hibernation, relinquishing their vessels, but available to be consulted or retrieved if necessary. emi chose to maintain their vessel, to stay on earth, and to make it their home. every once in a while, they receive a call to exorcise, to banish evil, and recover souls, obligations they are still bound to; but for the most part, they're left to their own devices.currently, emory takes on odd jobs, putting the various skills they'd acquired throughout their existence to good use. they are partnered and engaged to be married to their soulmate, kang. their future plans are to move to a farm with him and adopt as many cats, cows, and ducks as they possibly can.
